What Should I Do If the Battery Shows 0V?

Don’t panic. This is often just the battery’s built-in protection kicking in. First, disconnect the battery from any load. Wait a moment, then check the voltage again. If the reading is back to normal, reconnect the battery cables. If the voltage stays low, please get in touch with our support team for help.

Do I Need to Charge the Battery Right After Unboxing?

Yes. We recommend fully charging the battery before you start using it. (Tip: If you plan to connect batteries in series or parallel, be sure to charge each one safely first.)

Can I Install the Battery in Any Position?

You can mount the battery in any orientation that fits your setup. Just make sure it’s secured firmly, the terminals are protected, and the battery is shielded from water and direct sunlight. For details, please see the installation guide included in the package.

How Should I Store a 60V 60Ah Lithium Battery for a Tricycle?

Charge the battery to about 50% before storing it. Disconnect it completely from any load. At 77°F (25°C), the battery loses less than 3% charge per month. If you store it in very hot or cold conditions, it will discharge faster.
